Our first big day!

Finally! Today we had a little taste of things to come banding a total of 167 birds. New to the nets today were Gray Catbirds, Eastern Towhee, Scarlet Tanager, Blue-winged Warbler, Acadian Flycatcher, and Swainson's Thrushes. Our new grand total is 443 birds of which I will be posting on Virginia eBird, shortly hereafter! (Just for you Nan :) )
